We are looking for a dedicated accounts executive for general ledger to be responsible for maintaining and organizing financial records, ensuring data accuracy, and checking figures for accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

* Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules.

* Prepare monthly reporting package for group consolidation purpose.

* Tax reporting and compliance (e.g. GST/WHT/Corporate Income Tax).

* Support internal audit, statutory audit and related matters.

As we have a wide range of products since we first started in 1975, there are a lot of options to work on for customization.

Once the sales enquiry is in, you will do the budget design proposals. After that the client selects and accepts one of these designs, an order will be raised for the client to accept.

Do up the artwork design with the categories and winner names for our inhouse printing, & arrange to send it out on the event date.

Do the paperwork like invoicing cum DO and arrange for delivery with Lalamove for Singapore and DHL, or Fedex for overseas under the client's account.

Once payment is collected, the case is considered closed, until next year when they want to repeat the order again.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with employment regulations, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth through effective talent management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll management, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
• Provide expert advice and strategic support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, conducting regular audits of HR practices and documentation.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage and oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and prepare them for leadership roles.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support HR needs related to activities within airport lounges, including staffing, performance monitoring, and employee well-being.
• Adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless HR operations even under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Description

• Provide pleasant and attentive services to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. parents, students etc with their enquiries and requests.
• Provide timely, accurate and clear communication to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries.
• Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage
• Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.
• Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.
• Complete other role-related duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist or as a personal assistant to management, C-suite personnel, or relevant certificates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)

Working hours

School Terms:

• Even Week - Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.00pm, with 45 minutes break, Fridays off (ie HBL day)
• Odd Week - Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.00pm Fridays 7:30 am to 1 pm

June School Holidays:

• Even Week - Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4.00pm, with 45 minutes break, Fridays off
• Odd Week - Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 4.00pm Fridays 8:00 am to 1 pm

School Declared Protected Holidays

• Even Week - Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4.00pm with 45 minutes break, Fridays off

Job Description

1. Good understanding in drawings and able to conceptualise what details are necessary for a complete set of drawings.
2. Reasonably knowledgeable and experienced in BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
3. To produce multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner and with quality.
4. Reasonably capable in doing multi-disciplinary modelling; expected to be at least well-versed in doing structure modelling.
5. To highlight model / drawing discrepancies, missing information or potential issues to Project Manager.
6. Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies.
7. Assist in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentation, report, drawing list, tracking list, chronological order of events and time sheet.
8. Assist in the initial setup of BIM projects, including but not limited to project template, Revit family library, title block, CDE and workflows.
9. Assist in development of BIM standards, protocol and library.
10. To support collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants and contractors in terms of BIM implementation.
