Location: Hougang

Working Hrs: 42.5hrs/weekly

Responsibilities:

1. Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and general inquiries

2. Provide first-level assistance to students' needs (sick/injured)

3. Communicate with teachers regarding parents' messages

4. Manage items on loan, stock, and mail

5. Maintain:

- Spare uniforms

- Office stationeries

- Pantry items

- First aid supplies

- Forms in General Office

- Reception area tidiness

6. Perform ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

7. Safeguard official information and sign undertaking

8. Perform other duties as assigned by School Leaders/HOD

Qualifications:

• Academic qualification: at least GCE ‘N’ Level
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Pleasant disposition and people-oriented
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English language and a Mother Tongue language, preferably Mandarin
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Prior work experience with students in schools will be an added advantage
• First Aid Certification will be an added advantage
