The Accountant supports the Finance Team in their daily tasks in payroll calculations, AR and AP as well as the preparation of the monthly reports. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of the organization's most valuable asset - its people.

Accountant’s job

PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused consultancy firm, which has a singular aim to help SMEs all over the world, to fast track their companies’ growth leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanism. We wanted to develop not only convectional but Capital Entrepreneurs. RESPONSIBILITY

· Full set of Accounts (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, Payroll & etc)

· Plan, oversee overall accounting strategy

· Oversea accounting daily operation

· Responsible for AR/AP, cash receipt, GL, payroll, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure

· Handling full spectrum of payroll from overtime & commission calculation to processing of employees salary

· Monthly CPF submission

· Quarterly GST Submission

· Monitor and analyses accounting data

· Regularly produce financial reports and statement

· Tax Computation

· Encourage other employee to adhere to standard

· Provide recommendations

REQUIREMENT

· Degree in Accountancy

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferable with knowledge of Accounting System

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to work independently
