The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense claims, and generating reports.
• Create fee proposals, presentations, and materials for tender interviews.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for board meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
• Coordinate, prepare, and review documents for accuracy and compliance, and efficiently manage Managing Agent agreements and other administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, responding or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
• Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Managing Director to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Meticulous in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly manage ad-hoc duties.
