Our client is a well-established medical device MNC well-regarded for contribution to society through their innovative healthcare solutions and services. As part of their expansion plans, this new headcount has been created. If you have at least 2 years of medical sales experience with a strong desire to build strong clinical expertise and develop effective relationships with Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and decision makers, we’d love to speak to you!

As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for your assigned portfolio.

Your key responsibilities include

Achieve annual territory sales target by implementing company approved strategic marketing and sales plans

• Build new and maintain existing strategic relationships with key clients, key decision makers, KOLs by making periodic visits for new opportunities and gain commitment to purchase
• Continuously identify prospective customers and represent the organisation in the best possible light for potential sales conversion
• Review of sales dashboards and preparation of monthly/quarterly sales reports, sales forecast, and other reports to ensure sales achievements are on track
• Demonstrate understanding of the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, and forming long term business partnerships

Clinical Function

• Build strong clinical relationships with customers by presenting the clinical value proposition of our portfolio of products
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits, overcome client objections and continuously improve these skills
• Effectively drive effective selling process and sales monitoring by conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and providing clinical training to customer
• Ad-hoc Case support

Business Planning and Performance Management

• Develop business launch plans by reviewing existing resources to identify growth opportunities
• Perform monthly in-market sales data analysis and product performance tracker to identify progress and effectively address any gaps to meet annual business plans or objectives

Marketing and Business Support

• Work closely with the Regional Marketing team on execution of events and activities for customers
• Keep abreast of the competitor activity to recommend necessary tactical action for new opportunities

Consignment Inventory & Billing Management

• Perform Consignment stock take in assigned territory
• Initiate daily top up process through 3PL distributor
• Monitor daily usage and work on billing process
• Perform consignment rotation and minimize discrepancies

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months) with option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months

Working hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
• Working hours and services may be adjusted according to our school’s needs.

Scope of Services:

1) Teach staff and pupils how to use Web 2.0 tools for Teaching & Learning (T&L) on devices such as tablets and laptops.
2) Ensure ICT implementation and integration are according to the school's needs and interests.
3) Conduct IT lessons/trainings to all students from P1 to P6 based on the ICT programme provided by the school. The ICT skillset to be trained are subject to changes. The planned skillsets are as follow:
• Touch typing (English, Chinese and Tamil language)
• E-Book Making
• MS Word & google doc
• Video Puppetry using tablet apps
• MS PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Animation / Stop Motion
• Search skills with digital literacy
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Photo/Video Editing (e.g. Video Editor/ Photoshop/ GIMP)
• Digital Art (Use of Procreate App in iPad)
• Canva
• Coding (text based/block based)
4) Work closely with teachers to create lesson resources (test, lessons, etc)
5) Taking on IT duties such as ICT administration, asset management and ICT procurement.
6) Support the planning and execution of school’s ICT trainings.
7) Support teachers adoption of good ICT practice by exploring ICT tools and applications for T&L.
8) Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
9) Assist ICT manager in stock taking with basic stock taking skills.
10) Set up and manage various ICT tools to support school operations (equipments, blue screen recording, podcasts recording, resource booking, surveys, parent-teacher meeting)
11) Administer T&L-related surveys (Creating survey platforms and generating results), admin work (Designing PowerPoint presentations, posters, etc)
12) Facilitate school’s events / competitions by creating montages, editing music and video, administering surveys, taking photo/ video-taking.
13) Work closely with teachers & students to cultivate a healthy e-learning environment.
14) Train pupils in the Digital Media Club in Photography and videography
15) Contractor is to provide a replacement for a trainer to teach Chinese/Tamil touchtyping during the period of training if the trainer is unable to deliver the training.
16) Manage the bookings of Computer Laboratories
17) Possess basic coding skills to teach students and support Code for Fun Programme
18) Video creation and production for school events.
19) To design and print ICT certificates for students trained by personnel.

20) Other ad-hoc duties or requests assigned by the School Leaders, HOD (ICT), SH(ICT), ICT Manager and other assigned School Staff.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

1) Team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
2) Good command of English (written and Oral)
3) Possess minimally a diploma or equivalent in IT related content
4) Proficient in areas of photography, videography and video-editing
5) It is preferable if personnel has relevant work teaching or training experience in Primary School environment.
