We are seeking a driven and organised Account Assistant/Executive to join the team at Dovechem Packaging Pte Ltd, located in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth running of the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
• Singaporean or Permanent resident Candiate
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant accounting qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Attend to inquiries and review tender documents

- Source from various suppliers/ manufacturers to fulfil customer’s project requirement

- Support Outdoor Sales on preparation of quotations

- Follow up on quotation status and closing of orders

- Liaise with manufacturers on documentation submission such as drawings & certificates

- Work closely with manufacturers to meet customer’s delivery deadline

REQUIREMENTS:-

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/ Certification)

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience

- Preferably with experience on Material Take Off in an M&E environment

- Electrical product knowledge

- Resourceful and results oriented

- Team player

- Good command of spoken/written English

1) Plan, schedule and develop on going marketing theme, campaign for the year

2) Prepare promotion material (Artwork print & digital artwork design) for respective outlet for display

3) Photo or video taking required when new product launching for promotion use

4) Liaise with marketing vendor for Weekly update on social media, FB, IG, TikTok, 小红书, website,

5) Prepare content, design artwork may neccessary

6) Plan Promotion for respective branches. Always work closedly with Supervisor/ manager,

understand the sales and customers' needs and preference.

7) Always receive feedback from respective branch staffs in order to improve the Sales & Promotion

8) Frequently liaise with mall marketing management to update our promotion and mall upcoming program

9) Understand current market trend and needs, in order to react fast what for market preference

10) Link up with press, media, marketing agent, blogger or relevant party id neccesary to do brand visibilityPlan

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role in Mass Communications / Advertising / Marketing / Digital Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Coordinate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and other promotional activities to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and agencies to secure optimal placements and competitive rates for advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials for effective distribution.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives and drive business growth.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and community outreach programs, ensuring they meet marketing goals.

• Oversee PPC campaigns, monitor their performance, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Write engaging, search engine-optimized content for the website and external blog posts to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Monitor the ROI of various online marketing campaigns, identifying areas for optimization.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, tailoring copy to suit different platforms and audiences.
• Maintain a content calendar for social media, ensuring regular and relevant postings.
• Stay informed about social media trends and innovations, recommending and adopting new channels and approaches as needed.
• Monitor social media for mentions of the company, responding to and engaging with customers to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
