• Conduct training sessions for end users on video conferencing tools and best practices.

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

• Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in end user support and video conferencing.

Qualifications:

• ITE or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role .

• Strong knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Description:

• Handle filing of hard copy documents for the Leasing team
• Provide accurate data entry records
• Assist in administrative duties including documents scanning and photocopying etc
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
