What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations relating to CPF LIFE, such as extracting and updating listings, ensuring accuracy in figures and identifying discrepancies when necessary.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organisations for day-to-day operations.
• Assist or lead testing initiatives, including liaising with ITPMs on drafting and conducting test scenarios for project enhancements.
• Provide support on reviews/enhancements of department’s systems and processes.
• Handle correspondences, enquiries and liaise with members of the public.

Key responsibilities:

1) Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and fixed asset function for several legal entities including invoice posting

2) Ensure all disbursements for vendor invoice and staff claims are processed timely and accurately and comply to policies and regulations

3) Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and invoice issues effectively and efficiently
