Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager supports the Marketing and Communications team by coordinating and executing luxury lifestyle & F&B retail marketing, PR activations, social media content creation and campaigns with the objective of driving sales while maintaining the brand’s luxury marketing position. Job Descriptions

• Perform the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet within a given timeline
• Prepare and submit GST, claims, etc., in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with clients to clarify accounting queries

Requirement:

Responsibilities:

1. Man General Office counter, answering phone calls and handling walk-ins

2. Attend to unwell/injured students in the sick bay

3. Record late-coming students' attendance

4. Administrative tasks during holidays (e.g., financial assistance applications)

5. Data entry, collation, and statistics

6. Support school activities and events (e.g., refreshments, photography)

7. Perform other duties assigned by school leaders and administration manager

Printing Operator Duties

• To process printing requests from the staff of the Authority.
• Monitor and replenish the consumables associated with the operation of the printing machines.
• Fulfil any printing requests submitted by the staff of the Authority within [3] working days, excluding the day the printing request is received.
• Update job status and assist in tabulating, on a monthly basis, the amount of printing carried out using the machines supplied by the vendor.
• Perform regular checks to ensure school’s printing machines are functional and support on the operational needs as required.
• Perform scanning, laminating, binding and finishing operations.

Qualifications:

• Able to speak and read simple English, operate photocopying machine.
• Minimum PSLE or equivalent certificate
• Preferably 2 years working experience in receptionist work
• Physically fit, meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Basic PC skills (using of email and update excel spreadsheet)
