Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities
• Daily supervision, assisting and monitoring members in the various activities both outside or within the centre, and ensuring safety of all members and volunteers
• Purchase and preparation of daily tea breaks and lunch for members and volunteers
• Support and evaluate growth of members and to plan appropriate development plans for members based on their needs and abilities with inputs from idevelopment plan)
• Assess new members on their trial, identify their needs and potential, and to write post-trial evaluation report
