Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide customers with study abroad consulting services in strict accordance with the company's work standards and service processes;
2. Understand the relevant background required of customers who apply to study in Singapore, and design practical study abroad programs for customers;
3. Follow through study abroad programme contract with customers and complete monthly performance tasks;
4. Regularly follow up with leads, maintain good customer relations and other related work;
5. Arrange for parents to visit educational institutions;
6. Handle students matters before and after admission.
Qualifications:
1. Preferably degree qualified
2. Preferred work experience in the same industry. Those without experience but show good aptitude will be trained;
3. Good communication skills, customer affinity, strong learning ability and customer service minded, 4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Able to communicate in Mandarin well
Salary commensurate with experience:
Basic salary with performance incentive and commission
