• Analytical, with the ability to evaluate large datasets and project cost effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of offshore materials, labor costs, and environmental factors
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Adaptability to adjust estimates based on project changes and unexpected offshore conditions
