Objectives of this role

· Ensure general management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning.

· Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.

· Serve as primary liaison between company staff and business partners, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.

· Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.

Responsibilities

· Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, field inquiries, and maintain office efficiency in all related correspondence.

· Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating staff payroll, claims and renewal of workers work permits, liaise with insurance company on workers’ matter and accommodation needs.

· Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing of documents.

· Provide assistance with bookkeeping activities.

· Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics

· Maintain cleanliness of office space and coordinate all renovation activities.

Required skills and qualifications.

· Proven success in office administration

· Superb written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.

· High school diploma with 3 years working experience or equivalent.

· Experience in managing budgets and expenses.

Job Scope:

• Monitor CCTV and report abnormality.
• Register by scan QR code to updating the entry and exit records of visitors in the electronic visitor system (Monday.com)
• Manage driveway to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
• Routine patrolling to ensure safety and security around the premises.
• Receive incoming letters or goods delivered and bring up to office or store.
• Daily record water and electricity meter reading.
• Daily record dormitory aircon meter reading.
• Maintain cleanliness at the lobby area.
• Daily cleaning and light up candle at prayer table.
• Water the vegetables and plants.
• Sweep floor.
• Clean toilet.
• Take Charge of decorations annual events. (Example: Christmas and CNY)
• Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all earth control measures comply with PUB and NEA legislative requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the effectiveness of earth control measures and identify potential issues.
• Oversee the implementation of earth control measures; including silt fences, sediment basins and other erosion control methods.

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of ECMO registration with IES and the certification must be valid at the time of application.
• Must be a registered WSHO with MOM and registered ECO (SCS) with NEA at the time of application
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-rise building construction.
