-Cold Calling: Contact businesses and potential clients to promote company products/services

-Obtain client information including client name, address and profile.

-Contact client to follow up initial interaction

-Schedule appointment for Business Development to meet prospective clients.

-Assist QS in requesting costing from supplier.

-Monitoring and issuance of purchase order, request material samples and arrange delivery of goods.

-Adhoc duties (e.g. filing, answering phone calls, preparation of sample board)

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal and external communications for TRCL Group initiatives and projects.
• Draft and edit marketing collaterals, media releases, and social media content.
• Assist in managing TRCL Group’s social media channels to maintain cohesive branding.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects;
• Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;
• Project Management;
• Training and supervision of junior staff.

Expertise and Qualities:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team
• Chair and conduct all meetings;
• Lead, control and prepare architectural drawings, presentations and reports
• Provide critical review of drawings and able to direct junior staff to make amendments;
• To lead the project team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.
• Very conversant with and able to direct or carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
• Ensure good project document control;

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma Holder

· Proficient in spoken English & Chinese

· Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint

· At Least 3 Years Relevant Working Experience
