Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
• Assist in monthly reporting and data migration under 2 accounting systems
• Assist in preparing data for internal and external filings eg. IRAS, MAS, Finance Bureau of China, and etc.
• Assist in liaising with external professionals firms eg. Internal and external auditors, tax agents, corp secretary and etc.

Tasks / Responsibilities

1) Accounts Payable Function

• Processing of creditors invoices
• Account for and verifies and validates all purchase orders, receive records (DO) and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure).
• Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization/approvalsbefore processing payment.
• Raising of payments– via cheque and electronic funds transfer
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts/investigation of variances
• Communicate with staff / creditors regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
• Input AP invoices and payments in the SUN system.
• Prepare reconciliation of accruals, prepayments, and other Balance Sheet item
• Prepare various monthly schedules and reports as and when requested
• Reconciliation of AP Aging with GL account as well as suppliers SOA, Input GST to Trial Balance on monthly basis.
• Liaise with internal and external auditor on AP related matters.
• Maintains proper records for all contracts and ensure that all contracts are promptly renewed before expiry date and update critical date-list
• Assist in other requirements and related matters that affects General Ledger and accounting of hotel fixed asset and inventory matters

2) Other tasks where required.

• Assist Accountant in a variety of ad hoc and / or special assignments when required.
• Assist in process improvements, ad-hoc projects

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and audit schedule for approval of FM
• Close monthly management accounts and yearly accounts for all companies and pass to FM for review
• Check monthly inventory report from procurement
• Handle Costing Reports of all outlets monthly and other reports if requested
  * After done, pass it to Finance Manager for checking
• Make sure internal transitions tally among relative companies
• Cooperate with AR & AP in charge
• Handle survey if requested
• Assist in audit work
• Other ad hoc & miscellaneous assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in accountancy

- At least 3 years of handling full set account’s working experience, preferably F&B

- Software skills: Advanced MS Excel, word & ERP software preferably

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Meticulous and well organized

- Good communication skills

Job Opportunity: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide spectrum of Accounts Payable functions and General Ledger functions.
• Process payments to suppliers and ensure they are made within credit terms.
• Download bank advices and distribute them to concerned parties upon request.
