Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance.
• Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations.
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
• Update and maintain audit schedules on timely basis.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.
• Must be able to work independently and within stipulated deadlines.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive and able to work as team.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• Preferably Singaporean or PR.

1. Handle bookkeeping accounts.
2. Verification of supplier invoices and issue payments
3. Issue sales invoices and follow up on customer payments
4. Perform bank and other accounting related reconciliation
5. Assist with GST preparation
6. Maintain and update client database
7. Handling other administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, handling courier, postage and banking duties etc

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
• Able to work independently and as a team;
• Able to meet deadlines;
• Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and
• Have strong work ethics
