Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials/equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and monitor the purchase order schedule.
• Utilize the purchasing system with Microsoft Navision.
• Reconcile vendor delivery orders (DO) with purchase orders (PO).
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned.

• Coordinate with the technical service team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth marketing activities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MES, including product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Maintain high-quality sales and service support.

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts and audit schedules
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
• Experience in using internet banking for payment

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 5 years in handling full set of accounts independently

• Proficient in Ms Excel
