Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. Job Responsibilities

Supervision and Team Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to accounting staff.
• Leading and motivating the accounting team in order to achieve the set OKR and KPI

• Executing monthly financial closing procedures.
• Ensuring accuracy and currency of financial documentation, encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
• Collaborating on financial audit readiness and maintaining smooth communication with auditors.
• Initiating and documenting payments, validating records, and facilitating disbursements.

• Coordinating with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax agents, and secretarial services, to ensure compliance and punctual submission of financial records and returns.
