Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop online retail strategies for Singapore and Asia Pacific markets.
• Support brand and product marketing strategies to align with business goals and maximize revenue.
• Plan and implement customer engagement activities to enhance the eStore experience and boost conversions.
• Create engaging content for digital ads, EDMs, and other acquisition channels.
• Coordinate brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, media, and stakeholders from ideation to execution.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 to 3 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Shared Services Support

Project Implementation Support:

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training with vendors, stakeholders, and end users, track application issues and upgrades closely.
