RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Accounts Payable process including the booking of entries, verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents, and issuing payment, ensuring that local GST is properly accounted for
• Handle staff claims and audit support

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

JOB SCOPE:

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and market health screening packages to corporate clients.
• Manage and further develop existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and devise tailored health screening solutions to meet their objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new clients and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of health screening services and an excellent patient experience.
• Provide regular performance reports to Management.
• Organise and conduct on-site basic health screening activities for corporate clients.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a sales or account management role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
