TSMP Law Corporation is looking to hire an Accounts Executive. We are looking for someone with positive work ethic, energy and keenness to learn, who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think critically and a high EQ are also qualities we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

· Tracking, checking and posting of incoming funds

· Checking and processing of payments

· Administration of costs recovery for disbursements

· Administration of reimbursement claims

· Analysis of operating expenses

· Assist with bank reconciliation

· Preparation of balance sheet schedules

· Journal postings

· Supervision of accounts clerk

· Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Able to work independently and a good team player

· Very organised, meticulous, reliable and adaptable

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and generally IT savvy

· Experience in a law firm will be an advantage
