We are a renovation contractor company looking for an Accounts Officer / Executive with relevant experience in the Renovation Contractor industry.

Responsibilities

• Simple translation and preparation of documents in English and Chinese
• Maintain records and documentations

Requirements

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues with customers.

Accounts Payable:
