• Position : HR cum Admin Executive (Payroll EXP) - Up to $3,800 - Tai Seng

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of daily HR operations, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development.
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing and mandatory contributions relating to payroll.
• Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit process.
• Maintain and ensure accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ record.
• Co-ordinate employees’ insurance renewal and updates.
• Keep abreast of the latest government’s initiatives, regulations, requirements and responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation and related government claims (NS/Maternity/Childcare) and grants.
• Liaise with departments for staff benefits & welfare (i.e., monthly staff expenses claims, office season parking and etc.)
• Support company events, staff engagement activities and office administration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience in payroll
• Familiar with Government regulations and Singapore Employment Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin

Job Scope:

1. CAF-R certification

• Manage the CAF-R registry and tracking of CAF-R requirements

• Liaise with SSI on the updated list of CAF-R certified assessors, update CAF-R registry list, update AIC on the AHPC CAF-R certified assessors

• Broadcast to the SSAs and sped schools on the upcoming CAF-R training runs and mending the AD Service inbox on enquiries on CAF-R certification

2. Service matrix revamp and validation of info for IRR /EG

• Verify and confirm details in the list of adult disability services listed in IRR and Enabling Guide.

• Propose and design a new service matrix listing for Enabling Guide.

3. Admin support (GCTEF, ELP, DCMP, daily operations)

• Collate status and update status for pilot programmes on SSNet/ESMS

• Backend admin support for case coordination and Info and Referral

• Admin support for post sped applications (propose to get admin support for the administrative parts of applications)

4. Data management and cleansing for SSNet enhancements

• Assist with outreach efforts to SSAs for onboarding SSNet

• Aggregating and cleaning data from multiple data files and sources

• Data entry to ensure that adult disability services info or Conduct data cleansing and data patching for SSNet migration and transition

• Ensure referral applications remain updated

• Review data sets and provide inputs on insights derived from data

• Extension of current role- required due to the large bulk of legacy data that requires migration to the new system.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma/Degree

• Ability to work with technologies and online systems

• Must possess knowledge and skill in MS Office

• Maintain confidentiality with certain information

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments

• Flexible with change and able to shift gears quickly
