You will be reporting to the Senior Corporate and Accounts Executive. This role requires a proactive personality, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate timely closing of monthly/annual accounts and postings of AR, AP and GL entries.

· Assist with billing/collection process and initiate discussion with stakeholders on actions to mitigate delay in collections.

· Process vendor payments as well as maintain invoice tracker.

· Facilitate budget control, preparation of management reports and variance analysis (actual and budget) on a timely basis.

· Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements.

· Assist with any required regulatory filling.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Possess strong knowledge in accounting principles & FRS
• 3 - 5 years of accounting experience in full set accounts is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent attention to detail.

Working Location: Near to Yio Chu Kang MRT Station

• Handle full set of accounts, bank reconciliation, GST returns, GL, AP and AR process.
• Reconciliation of daily bank receipts, data entries, AR receiptes and invoices.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensuring all accounting systemsnd are fully compliance with company policy.
• Any ad-hoc tasks required by supervisor.

• Maintain full set of accounts and prepare timely management reports for multiple entities.
• Check invoices, billing and expense claims with supporting documents.
• Process monthly journal entries, schedules and bank reconciliations.
• In-charge of cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
• Handle GST filings and submission.
• Assist with year-end financial closing
• Support the preparation of financial forecast and budgeting.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma In Accountancy.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient In Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Experience with accounting software (Xero/Quickbooks)
