Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Partnerships and Engagement Executive is responsible for the sourcing and engagement of potential partners and donors for SUN-DAC, as well as coordination and management of events.

Key Responsibilities

· Source for and engage potential partners and donors.

· Work together with other departments to plan and carry out events and activities for partners, vendors, donors and beneficiaries, and any other stakeholders as needed.

· Support all fundraising administration including the preparation of proposals.

· Represent the organisation at external events, workshops and conferences to promote its mission, programmes and impact.

· Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.

· Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Fundraising Manager.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

· Minimum one year’s experience in donor or partnership management in the social service sector or a related sector.

· Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, attract and inspire support from diverse stakeholders.

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to co-develop compelling proposals

· Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office suite.

· Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Possess in-depth product knowledge and able to conduct presentations to Electrical , and end users.

· Achieve sales targets by assessing current client needs; Meet key performance metrics established

· Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to promote our latest collections and services

· Coordination and supervision work, communicate with other departments cordially to ensure standards and service levels are met

· Perform market research, regular competitor monitoring and create brand awareness in industry.

· Assist tender manager to manage tender processes and project development phase, work with key Contractors

· Gather market information including change of regulations, competitors and customers’ activities development.

· Identify new market trends, market players, technologies and latest industry development relevant to our business.

· Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

· Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities

· Maintaining client activities.

· Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.

Job Scope:

• Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions (excluding payroll)

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess minimum 3 years of related HR experience
• Prior exposure from MNC environment will be highly valued
• Prior exposure from Logistic industry is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge on employment law and regulations

About the Role:
