Job Description:

Position Title: Part Time Admin Clerk
Working Location: 10 Anson Road, near Tanjong Pagar MRT
Working Hours: 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: $1K - $1.3K
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the company's services to customers and sending quotation
Preparation, printing and filing documents
Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
Collecting letters
Additional requirements:
Fresh graduates are also welcome apply
A Diploma or above in Office Administration is a plus
Familiar with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work independently and ask for help when needed
