Job Description:

• Responsible to coordinate on customers' collection schedule
• Contact and follow up with customers for payments and overdue payments via call and text
• Monitor and ensure overdue payments are paid promptly
• To conduct checks and monitor the number of collections received
• Generate and send the statement of account, tax invoice and reminder via letter / email to customers
• Handle customer enquiries relating to payment and invoice issues via phone and mail communication
• Monitor and follow up in account receivable report weekly and ad-hoc report
• Attend and handle dispute and litigation
• Prepare for application of customer’s Giro and submit Giro to bank
• To prepare and handle leasing and sales documentation support including preparing leasing agreement
• To handle walk-in and telephone calls on customer queries
• Manage and update customers' data in the system
• Any other ad hoc matters

Requirements:

• Preferably with relevant experience in credit collection
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Self-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge in using MS Excel and Words
• Fast learner who is able to multi-tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Fully utilize inhouse system to handle air export shipment bookings
• Co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders on shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely preparation of documents (invoices, report, permit, Airway bill)
• Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
• Ensure on time cost approval as well as GST billing and collection
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
• Other assignment as and when assign by the management

Job Requirements

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, e.g., airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn, quick learner, and accountability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills

Business Development Executive (F&B Industry)

Working days: 5.5 days work week
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $3000 to $4000 + Car Allowance $1200
Location: Sembawang

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits
