• Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural works, shop drawings, and material sample submissions.
• Coordinate and liaise all architectural works with other trades on site.
• To ensure the tool-box meeting is conducted for his direct workers and subcontractors.
• Supervise and inspect all works carried out by subcontractors.
• Provide support and arrange for necessary inspection by owners, consultants, and other relevant authorities.
• Assist in the deployment and storage of architectural materials, plants, and equipment at the site.
• Preferably specializing in Architectural coordinating and being proficient in supervising sub-contractors' architectural works.
• Hands-on experience with BIM software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills-able to interact with people of all levels.
• Support to project manager in providing project status & progress updates as and when directed by the Project Manager /Superintending Officer.
• Render support to the project manager to liaise and coordinate with other Contractors to ensure the smooth execution of works under his responsibility.

Requirements :

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Certification in BIM
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines

Job description

· Review the safety management system and offer suggestions for enhancement.

· Implement and oversee the ECM Plan as per requirement.

· Collaborate closely to monitor earth control activities at different stages of the project.

· Manage on-site safety audits.

· Investigate incidents/accidents and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

· Ensure staffs adhere to statutory acts, regulations, company safety protocols, and industry codes.

· Demonstrate effective communication abilities to interact with colleagues, clients, and governmental bodies.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent

· Registered WSHO with ECO and ECMO

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

• Record information, such as production output, operating times, and labor costs
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Schedule work assignments and prepare work schedules
