• Admisitrative Support: Handling correspondence, filling , and other clerical duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experiences in relevent field
• Profession of Diploma/Degree in Account or equivalent
• Knowledge in MYOB systems
• Advanced Excel skills and profiicency in MS applications
• Able to workin independtly, a team player and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Detailed and meticulous.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with data entry, recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

- Help in preparing invoices, financial reports, and statements.

- Support in processing payments, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.

- Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects and audits.

- Perform administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a poly or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
