· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control

· Logistics activities: Sales & Invoices Documentation, Import & Export processing/documentation

· L/C Negotiation & CO application

· Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O” level or equivalent

· 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in purchasing & sourcing

· Able to work independently and interact well with Suppliers/Customers/Logistics companies

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point

· UBS System knowledge is an added advantage

· Negotiation skills

· Meticulous and possess good communication skills and a positive work attitude

· Preferably able to start work within short notice
