RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.

Job Scope:

• Accounts Receivable Management handles transactions, debt monitoring, reconciliations, and customer updates

• Financial Reporting and Audits covers reports, schedules, and coordination with auditors

• Process Improvement focuses on enhancing accounting efficiency and accuracy

• Cash Flow and Forecasting manages cash flow and prepares financial forecasts

• Ad-Hoc Duties include supporting assigned tasks and ensuring compliance

Job Requirements:

• Possess a minimum diploma in accountancy or related will be advantageous

• At least 2 years of working experience required
