• Timely update of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow up with customers on overdue accounts and arrange for debt collection.
• Mailing Statement of Accounts to customers and responding to their inquiries.
• Monitor and report on monthly/weekly Debtors aging.
• Prepare Journal entries for accruals and other adjustments.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for strengthening current processes and suggest improvements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

· 1.Handle and manage Accounts Receivables Function.

· 2.Update and maintain accounting journals.

· 3.Daily entry of receipts into the accounting system.

· 4.Process staff expense claims.

· 5.Ensure entries are charged to the correct account codes.

· 6.Handle customer's queries on the daily financial transactional activities.

· 7.Ensure timely and accurate report submission.

· 8.Generate monthly accounts receivables report.

· 9.Assist Finance Manager in other areas of accounting whenever necessary.

· 10.Perform analysis of accounts, preparation of audit schedules etc

· 11.Perform other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs clients and visitors.
• Makes appointments and referrals.
• Answers phone calls and emails.
• Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
• Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
• Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
• Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to proofread.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Basic understanding of office equipment.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Must work at night shift, weekend and public holiday.
