Job Scope:

• Assist dealers/clients for documentation and coordination support
• Educate dealers with workflow for product submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
• Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
• Manage documents data and reports accurately
• Keep records and documents up to date
• Process on loan application (Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS))
• Able react immediately for urgent change in arrangement
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
• Candidates with no experience also welcomed to apply, will be considered for Administrative Executive role instead
• Experience in Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS) or LTA Portal
