• Develops and implements a practical system for Quality Management System activities to facilitate smooth, timely workflows in the performance of job function.
• To provide guidance, interpretation, information on regulations, laws and industry guidance that affect pharmaceutical industry.
• Serve as a SME in matters relating to quality assurance and cGMP.
• Ensure facility follows applicable quality management directives such as SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, work instruction, etc.
• Responsible for reviewing, trending and investigating excursions of environmental monitoring and supportive utilities data.
• The inspection and investigation of product recalls and product complaints to look into factors which has affect product quality.
• Acts as the Authorized Person to perform batch release and ensure each batch of medicinal products are manufactured and checked in compliance with the laws in force in the country and in accordance with the requirements of the Marketing Authorization.
• Reviews, approves or authorizes written procedures and other documents, including amendments.
• Oversees various quality management systems and analyze trending.
• Reviews and approves deviations and CAPA.
• Review, approves and implement changes according to established Change Control procedure.
• Coordinates and participates in quality risk management activities.
• Initiates investigation for product complaints, reviews and approves corrective/preventive actions associated.
• Coordinates product recalls, associated reconciliation, documentation and investigations.
• Reviews, approves and monitors suppliers of materials.
• Reviews, approves and monitors contract manufacturers and providers of other GMP related outsourced activities.
• Ensures validation and qualification are carried out according to schedule.
• Provides training or ensures appropriate training is provided to QA staffs.
• Monitors compliance of the organization with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice via Internal Audit.
• Coordinates management reviews of process performance, product quality and Pharmaceutical Quality
• System and advocates continual improvement
• Ensures timely and effective communication and escalation process exists to raise quality issues to appropriate levels of management.

Requirements

• ISO/GMP in Pharmaceutical Experience will be prioritize
• At least bachelor degree, post graduate diploma in any science, or others filed related to pharmaceutical
• Minimum 7-8 years experience
• Well versed in computer skill especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred.
• Close attention to details is essential
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory and in timely manner

Responsibilities:-

Key Account Management

• Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key accounts at the HQ level.
• Collaborate with key account buyers to receive updates, facilitate promotional activations, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Strategically plan, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost efficiency, sales growth, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage promotional spending to ensure it remains within the allocated budget.
• Inform the Customer Service and Accounts Departments about confirmed promotions to ensure proper invoicing and claims alignment with the respective channel buyers.

Sales Operation Management

• Supervise and support the Sales Executive in driving the operational effectiveness of the sales team.
• Ensure the Sales Executive communicates updates on promotional activations and display guidelines to the sales team during monthly internal sales meetings.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to share updates on upcoming promotional plans and other relevant matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution and Oversight: Support the day-to-day implementation of in-park promotions, ensuring all activities are delivered according to schedule, meeting campaign standards, and engage guests effectively.
• Creative Liaison: Coordinate with the In-Park Visual team and design agencies to ensure promotional visuals are consistent with brand standards.
• Graphic Design: Assist with design creation and adaptation for digital screens and printed formats in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Operational Coordination: Ensure that operational team members are fully informed about current offers and promotions, equipping them with the necessary details to communicate effectively with guests. Oversee that promotions are implemented accurately and consistently across all guest touchpoints.
• Feedback Gathering and Reporting: Collect data on guest engagement and feedback to support performance tracking. Compile findings for regular team updates.
• Event Assistance: Support the setup, coordination, and management of in-park marketing events and activations, ensuring smooth guest experience and successful execution.
• Agency and Department Coordination: Work closely with agencies, retail, and food & beverage teams to understand needs for promotional materials. Ensure that promotional materials are readily available and updated.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor campaign expenses and assist in budget management to ensure cost-effective use of resources for in-park promotions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Design, Hospitality, Business disciplines or a related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or events.
• Competent with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop), with an eye for brand consistency and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across departments and enhancing guest experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work some weekends or public holidays, where required (Off-in-lieu's will apply).
