I) Job Purpose:

The Food Processing Worker is responsible for various tasks in the food manufacturing process. These tasks include preparing raw materials, operating machines, monitoring production, ensuring quality control, packaging finished products, and maintaining cleanliness, safety and quality standards in the production area.

II) Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Raw Materials: Prepare and handle raw food ingredients by washing, sorting, cutting, and measuring ingredients according to production specifications / instructions from the production supervisor.
• Operating Machines: Operate food processing equipment, such as cutters, grinders, saw machine, and etc. And to adjust equipment settings as necessary to ensure product consistency and quality.

• Packaging and Labelling: Package finished food products according to packaging specifications, ensuring products are labelled correctly and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist to perform full spectrum of HR operations duties
2. Assist to work closely with business units to execute HR policies and government statutory requirements effectively and ensure compliances
3. Learn to perform full cycle of payroll
4. Assist to perform training administration duties and training grant application
5. Assist to perform staff off-boarding process
6. Perform application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
7. Maintain HR database in system and P files
8. Assist to manage foreign worker work pass quota
9. Assist to respond to government surveys
10. Assist to perform HR reporting required by Management
11. Assist to implement HR initiatives and company staff well-being activities

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in HR Management or related field
2. 6 - 12 months of experience in HR duties. Fresh Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec graduates who are keen to learn HR jobs are welcome to apply
