Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday – Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Basic Salary: $3,450 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Design and develop content & collaterals for internal communication (e.g. eDMs, intranet banners, TikTok-style videos, staff photos) and keep internal communications platforms updated.

· Support in staff engagement activities, including planning and executing events and workshops.

· Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for required goods and services.

· Produce and manage pre/post-event artefacts (e.g. photos, videos, soundbites).

· Collect and report data insights to support engagement efforts.

· Support Workday administration such as course registration and follow-up for training enrolments, where required.

· Oversee and manage corporate collateral inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines

· Proficiency in photography and videography

· Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut etc.) and event management

· Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus.

1. Usage Support Services

• To provide audio, visual and media services for events and activities (e.g. Assembly, Mass Celebration, Art Performances, events hosted by school). Media services include create/edit videos based on school’s needs.
• To conduct staff (hands-on) on setup of technology in the classroom
• (AV/IT Equipment, Apple TV) (class technology representatives &

2. Maintenance Services

• To perform scheduled maintenance and assess usability of AVA equipment (Audio, Visual, Video and Media) in all classrooms and
• Specialised Rooms (e.g. AVA, PA in the General Office and Sound

• To liaise with school personnel (OM/HOD ICT) and see to the services, installation, servicing, and repairs of AV/IT equipment with external vendor,

3. Troubleshooting Services

• To provide technical support for staff in the event when equipment do not function properly in the classroom (e.g. Projectors, visualises, Apple TV).

4. Administrative and Housekeeping Services

• To facilitate loan of AV equipment to students/staff for official school activities.
• To perform documentation in loaning of IT/AV resources and to ensure proper authorization regarding signing in/out of school’s equipment.
• To update regularly equipment Loan Book, maintenance / damage reports, machine logs, inventory tagging, categorise equipment functionality.
• To conduct routine inspection of fixed AV/IT equipment in the classrooms and special rooms. (egg Visualisers, LCD Projectors etc), routine cleaning of equipment parts and checking on its function.
• To assist in the receiving and checking of delivery of equipment from supplier.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2-4 years of working experience and preferably in professional corporate training / government or related sectors
