• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Check, verify and process invoices, expenses claims & reimbursements
• Invoice payments are made accurately, on time
• Data entry into accounting system
• Responsible in supporting monthly and year-end closing
• Other accounting related duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Min qualification Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience in AP function
• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Possess a positive working attitude and able to work as a team

Job Description

• Full Spectrum of AP Function

1. Review and verify AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, matching, and timely payment preparation.
2. Generate payment vouchers using the SAP system.
3. Process staff claims and petty cash payment
4. Preparing Customs Import Commercial invoices for all overseas shipment.

• Full Spectrum of AR Function

1. Monitor and record daily bank charges for all banks.
2. Perform daily bank reconciliations.

• Managing 3 Local Bank Accounts & Monthly bank Reconciliation
• Monthly closing activities, preparing journal & data entry
• Preparing and submission of GST return
• Other accounting related duties as required

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Have a positive work attitude with good communication skills, proactive with problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure to meet a tight timeline

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team!

As a Sales Executive we rely on you to:

• Drive group lead conversion to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Qualify prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
• Sell all facets of hotels in Singapore. In assigned territory, responsible for rooms, catering, food & beverage and other revenues as set out in the hotels’ budgets.
• Proactively seeks in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand total revenue impact on the hotels for better negotiation opportunities.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing accounts and solicits new business.
• Conduct all sales activities including sales blitzes, telesales, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, business trips (domestic and international), attendance at trade shows, and other assigned sales related activities.
