The Commercial & Marketing Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all online stores. This includes managing inventory, overseeing customer service, monitoring sales and profits, and collaborating with marketing and web development teams to optimize the website and improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that products are stocked and available for purchase
• Monitor sales and profits, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to optimize the website and improve the user experience
• Manage customer service operations, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
• Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the online store’s operations
• Manage a team of employees including hiring, training and performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in online retail operations or a related field
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with web development, digital marketing, and social media platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

You will be Part of the Exciting and Expanding Team in our Central Kitchen you will work with the Following Functions:

• Execute deliveries, set up and tear down of catering set ups in timely and organised manner
• Plan and coordinate operational needs between HQ and retail outlets (e.g. Restaurant, Outlets, Pop-up stores, etc)
• Coordinating with various departments for effective operations and efficiencies
• Work with External vendors to achieve best results
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment used (vehicles, etc)
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements

The Job: Executive (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)

· Responsible for supply chain management from order forecast to goods receiving and order fulfilment.

· Responsible for stock inventory management including but not limited to keeping up to date record of all stock keeping units, tracking stocks movement and reporting.

· Assist with warehouse management to ensure all stocks are properly organized, compliance of all warehouse safety rules, checking that warehouse facilities and equipment are in working condition.

· Supervise and assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation.

· Responsible for order fulfillment and ensure all goods are correctly picked and packed for timely delivery.

· Plan and manage all logistics matters including daily delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery and effective logistics cost management.

· Coordinate with freight forwarder for outbound and inbound shipments.

· Manage product labels, packing and delivery materials.

· Coordinate with vendors for loading or unstuffing of containers, product labelling and packing.

· Manage team to ensure timely completion of product labelling.

The Person:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS office application, especially Excel will be important.
• Working knowledge of Inventory software will be added advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Working hours:

1. Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

2. Saturday 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM

a. Assist customer enquiries & complaints

b. Manage all work permit transactions in MOM Portal (Application, Issuance, Appeals, Transfer & Booking of MOM Card Registration Appointment)

c. Escalate appeals to MOM via email/call when required

d. Follow-up closely on rejection cases with Employers directly to resolve the appeals

e. Provide admin support to ensure all documents are completed in an accurate and timely manner

f. Email Employers for signature request when required

g. Purchasing and liaising with insurance company when required

h. Update regularly on Work Permit status

i. Manage MDW’s biodata record check

j. Manage the booking of SIP

k. File payment receipts when required

l. Send Transfer list to team when required

m. Send MOM QR & transfer consent form to Employers for transfer cases

n. Create Job sheet for helpers prior to arrival

o. Update when helper return for transfer or repatriated

p. Print documents when required in office

q. Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
