We are seeking for an MEP QS who will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost control related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects.

1) Cost Estimation

• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP components.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF SALES OFFICER - SINGAPORE

The Assistant to the CSO will be essential in supporting the CSO in driving Hotel101’s sales initiatives. Responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing reports, managing PowerPoint decks, arranging travel logistics, supporting in overall organization of the sales department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers substantial learning opportunities and can serve as a stepping stone to explore diverse roles within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research and compile relevant information for sales initiatives
• Preparing presentations and documents, including data analysis, and summaries
• Perform administrative tasks such as organization of shared files, so should be familiar with newest technology (platforms, etc.)
• Support in organizing agents, events, roadshows, conferences
• Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operation of the CSO’s office
• Manage and maintain the CSO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, and ensure timely communication
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist in managing development budgets, expenses, and financial records
• Collaborate with other team members to support the organization’s overall development goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistance experience
• Previous financial institution and/or hospitality experience is a plus
• Fluency in English required, additional languages will be a plus
• Exceptional communication and marketing skills
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is a must, and any creative platform a plus
• Can start immediately
• Based in Singapore

• Manage the flow and quality of safety management documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO-certified procedures and identifying/reporting issues.
• Oversee timely completion of reports and correspondences by various departments, and monitor HSEQ programs, including preparing status and tender documents.
• Participate in incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis reports and lessons learned are documented and shared; assist in developing Health and Safety Alerts.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture through internal/external audits, management reviews, and maintaining fleet HSEQ statistics and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Support external audits, engage in compliance reviews, and perform any additional duties as directed by the HSEQ Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HSE/ Marine or equivalent.
• Internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• At least 2 years of HSE experience in the Marine, Shipping, or Ship Repair industry.
• Familiar with ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation techniques, and risk management.

The Events Coordinator/Conference Services Coordinator plans and arranges the details of events. These include logistics planning to complex decorations for events, which range from meetings to dinners. He/She in charge of booking facilities for upcoming events, and meeting clients to discuss the event’s purpose. He/She must follow the client’s vision and details for the event.

Financial accounting

• Perform daily receipts, and posting of transactions for non-DXC support companies
• Assist AFM in review of sales ledger reconciliation
• Review / Prepare monthly sales ledger journal, subledger and PA seller a/c contra
• Review for monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment
• Ensure GST treatment compliance
• Submission of E-Invoices to Govt Agencies (Assist InvoiceNow development)
• Periodical service package review
• Credit a/c review and customer account creation
• Prepare Sales & Purchasing Commission, Insurance and Finance Commission for payroll
• Maintain revenue project contract master file
• Review and submit daily collection summary from operation

Back-up or support for AP, which include the following :
