Purpose and Scope

The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual provisions which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

• Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc

Responsibilities:

• Act as a media between treasury and bank line in funds arrangement and L/C document preparation, discounting, etc
• Work closely with relevant party, i.e. Traders and Shanghai Team, etc, to ensure the trading flow and process smoothly
• Handle document operation for shipments
• Promptly perform data entries into system on trade information
• Assist China colleagues on documentary submission to bank for negotiations
• Solve issues relating to clients post deal confirmation till finalization of shipment
• Support senior operation in handling sea or land logistics booking, co-ordination and payment checks.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks, and assist colleagues as and when required

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advisory and support in the aspect of fitness & wellness
• Provide safe and effective instruction of all cardiovascular and weight training equipment.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercises.
• Develop safe and effective exercises for individuals of various fitness equipments
• Instructors are to be present in the gym at all times during their shifts, and are only to leave the gym during their specified break times.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC relating to fitness/sports.

• Knowledge of fitness equipments and exercises.
• Certified experienced trainer in various sport activities, such as pilates mat work, aerobics, yoga, and personal fitness training.
• Candidate must be able to work on rotational shift including weekends and public holidays

Job Description:

• Ensure the accurate inputting/posting of accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare accounts schedules and workings for client use and audit purposes
• Prepare deliverables (management accounts / financial statements) for senior associate's review on a timely basis
• Prepare quarterly GST reports on a timely basis
• Review the payment vouchers prepared by Admin Assistants for payment administration services
• Complete any adhoc duty as assigned, example filling survey form or extract historical information as requested by client.
• Assist the senior associate to attend auditor's requests and ensure that the appropriate documents are prepared

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
• 1- 2 years of working experience

• Making collection calls
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
• Negotiating re-payment plans
• Liaising with lawyer to follow up on the legal action taken against the bad paymasters
• Liaising with vehicle repossessors to follow up on repossessed vehicles
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure outstanding balance are clear for payment
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around customers outstanding balance
• Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
• Other ad-hoc admin tasks

Requirements

• Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in going through the whole cycle of legal process of debt collection is preferred
• Ability to advise on what legal action is best at different stages of debt collection
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
• Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
