Key Responsibilities

Accounts Support:

The Role

The primary responsibility of the AP Analyst is to manage the accounts payable process end to end driving high quality, strong controls and financial discipline. The role includes processing incoming invoices from global suppliers, recording accounting entries, instructing payments and managing internal and external relationships. · Accounting for invoiced costs, including month end journal posting and control processes.

The Role
Reporting to the manager, you are to handle full sets of accounts for Asia entities and your responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, invoicing and collections, monitoring payments with regards to the stages of the projects, GST reporting, liaising with auditors and tax agents, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, as well as supporting projects such as system transformation.

Your Profile

You should have a Diploma or degree in finance and accounting, brings along with you at least 5 years of accounting experience. Prior experience working in related industries such as construction, advertising or consultancy firms will be advantageous.
