*This position is a 6-months contract, on renewable basis.


about the job

• coordinate and prepare documentations for all export shipments (invoicing, DO, COO etc.)
• track orders and ensure ensure shipment processed on time
• work with external vendors on shipment arrangements

skills and experience required

• min. 3 years of relevant shipping experiences.
• able to commence immediately or on short notice
• willing to travel to the west of Singapore
