Responsibilities:

• Handle complete data entry related to financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process staff claims and obtain necessary supporting documents for verification.
• Prepare simple cash flow reports to monitor company liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Reconcile and manage bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
• Administer employee ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans), ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• File necessary documents with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) and other relevant government bodies.
• Liaise with the legal team as required for corporate governance and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Familiar with accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and inventory management accounting.
• Proficient in using financial software, including MRP Easy, Xero, and strong skills in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and a proactive approach.
