[Main duties and responsibilities]

• Handle AP/ AR/ Invoicing/ Payments/ Collections up to month end closing.
• Prepare closing journals entry, update all balance sheet related schedules.
• Check staff claims.
• Manage Fixed Assets Register and Assests under Construction.
• Preparation of GST & tax for filing.
• Assist with SAP software implementation.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company balances.
• Provide support to the superiors in analysis and study of ad-hoc projects.
• Any other assignments from time to time.

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office software

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial Accounting

• Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Job Description:

1. Handle document management (filing, scanning, photocopying, and retrieval)
2. Sort and organize physical/digital files, receipts, and invoices
3. Pack/unpack and maintain archived documents
4. Assist with basic data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
5. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounts team.
6. Any other tasks, including general admin duties, as assigned by the Superior.

Job Description

• Perform day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities including preparing payment
• Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis, including checking of petty cash reimbursement with supporting documents and travelling claims with proper approval.
• Ensuring all supplier’s invoices are supported by purchase orders and goods receipt notes if any and they are correctly approved, and coded before input into the accounting system.
• Daily accounting duties including AR / AP functions, including preparation of monthly journal vouchers to be reviewed by the Senior Accounts Officer including inputting of all accounting entries to the accounting system
• Attending to Creditors’ enquires
• Support audit-related activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Data entry and assisting with administrative support.
