Accounts Payable / Accounts receivable

• Administer and monitor the AP / AR system in order to ensure that the AP / AR are maintained in an accurate and timely manner

• Sorts documents by account name or number, and processes invoices for payment.

• Keep abreast on latest statutory requirements that affect compensations (e.g., CPF contribution rate changes, tax changes).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource role and related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

.Monitor and co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders for booking and shipment delivery.

• Perform booking and process documentation, as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities

• Monitor and co-ordinate with local customers/transporters on deliveries of cargoes

. Liaise with customers on all shipment related activities.

. Reviewing and sourcing shipment services.

. Doing inwards and outwards permit.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, benefits, and deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely updates for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and company policies.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings, such as taxes, social security contributions, and other required reports.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
• Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of multi-country payroll processing.
• Certification in payroll management is a plus.
