Support to Audit Activities:

• Assist PM/PD for Annual Audit Event. (Internal and External Audit).
• Ensure all audit item track and close.

Support to Project Management Office (PMO):

• To assist for PMO, e.g.: Asset administration, etc.
• Conduct Annual Asset Verification/Checking.

Track, Monitor and Report Service Request status:

• Work with various team leads to monitor and track the status of service request
• Provide monthly reporting of the SR status

Others:

• Assist to maintain Offsite staff welfare.
• Meeting Room Booking
• Assist in Team Event

Job Description:

• Develop and design attractive graphics with ideas and concepts for the clients’ products advertisements, brochures, posters, catalogues, packaging and product labels which includes develop concepts from start or adaptations of designs into different sizes or layout formats for print, web and social media platforms
• Creatives must drive engagement on social media, and be aesthetically appealing for target audience
• Work closely with marketing manager and content associate to conceptualise and develop creatives to promote brand recognition, for sales and marketing campaigns and collaterals.
• Accountable for deliverables and overall quality and design consistency of work product
• Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with project schedule and deadlines
• Follow and keep up with new trends and be proactive to contribute creative ideas
• Undertake ad hoc projects from time to time when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS office, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator and 3D (Rhino & 3D Max)
• Knowledge of video editing is an added advantage
• Accuracy and attention to details, creative and able to think out of the box
• Strong creative thinking and concept development
• Good command in English, both written and spoken

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

• KPI and ROI Analysis: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, and overall ROI of digital marketing efforts. Funnel should include, leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, projects and validation.
• Marketing Automation and CRM Utilization: Utilize marketing automation tools and clients’ CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with others as well as client’s teams including sales, R&D to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is cohesive and integrated
