HR Duties

• Generalist function that covers HR Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Leave Administration and Training.

• Work-pass related matters

• Maintain and update all employees P-File and payroll system (PayMaster).

• Process payroll and other related activities such as tax clearance, income tax submission and CPF submission.

• Prepare and manage payroll reports on a monthly basis such as month-end payroll reports, project costing report etc.

• Timely submission of legislated leave claims (Child Care, Maternity, NS Claims etc)

• Handles enquiries from employees, tax authorities and auditors on Payroll matters.

• To assist periodic compensation exercises including salary increment, varieble bonus & salary proposals for new hires.

• All government related matter, such as i -submission, MOM survey and other liaisation

• Shared services support

Admin Duties

• Order and issue of Stationery, uniform, pantry staples etc

• Assist in ISO & OHSAS

• Oversee office facilities and manage office safety matters

• Monitoring and updating services agreement

• Assist in IT issues

• Booking flight and accommodatiob for Manager/Director

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare South & North Indian Curries, starters, hot plate Vadai for dine in guests, take away and caterings
• Wash & Cut vegetables, meats, seafood and poultry.
• Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
• Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
• Set up and manage Buffet Stations with all necessary supplies.
• Informing the Restaurant Managers and captains about the unavailability of certain run our dishes.
• Taking stocks and liaise with the purchase & catering managers to ensure the adequate food items are available to produce the appropriate menu items.
• Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
• Storage of raw materials and ingredients and ensure that all the food storage and preparation of all food items meet the temperature guidelines.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that the standards are met
• Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils and equipment's.
• Monitor the performance of assistant chefs.
• Cook staff meals

· Generate Sales Order, Purchase Order & Purchase Requisition for Project

· Manage collection for purchased items or ordered services

· Notification to company insurance agent for coverage of any awarded jobs

· Update Procurement and Sales Support Status report for Cryogenic Services

· Manage consumables inventories for Project team

· Filling and documentation according to ISO standard

· Assist Project team in filing of project reports

· Internal Auditor for Cryogenic’s ISO29000

· Back-up for Yvonne’s duties when is on vacation leave or medical leave

Other Ad-hoc activities from Managers

• Plan and execute E-commerce marketing strategies, campaigns, promotional programs and digital marketing
• Conduct research and analyse the marketing data / information and monitor competitor’s activities
• Manage and update the Company’s websites, social media i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube etc.
• Assist in implements, standardizes and executes creative store displays for campaigns, product launches and promotions
• Assist in public relations, social media related projects, campaigns and sponsorship
• Generate graphic and execute marketing duties - create banners, posters, flyer, voucher, signboard, logo etc.
• Manage, upload of products information and update of E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10 etc.)
• Daily execution of E-Commerce includes shipment preparation, quantity and variation checking, arrange stock transfer from store, arrange delivery for online store and attend to customers’ queries etc.
• Align and filter the E-store’s stock with warehouse’s stock to avoid shipment delay. De-list product unavailable / out-of-stock and listing up available product etc.
• Execute promotional programs or event that support the retail stores and studio (seasonal sales / promotion to keep revamp signboard, store label etc.)
• Support in event / campaign related inquiries: fees payment, preparation, registration, participant inquiries etc.
• Drive sales acquisition and identify new prospects
• Handle clients / customers’ feedback, complaints and queries
• Any other duties / projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 3 years relevant marketing experience
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Al Photo Editor) preferred
• Knowledge of various local & international e-commerce platforms / systems
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Possess strong initiative, self driven, positive with can-do attitude
• Fast learner, ability to work independently and as a team player
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

What You'll Do:

As a Project Executive (ACMV), you'll play a key role in the success of our projects, from initial planning to final commissioning. You'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead teams of supervisors, foremen and workers.
• Managing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, subcontractor management and quality control, in conjunction with safety consciousness.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.
• Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for ACMV projects, optimising resource utilisation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain transparency and build strong relationships.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems.
• Identifying and proactively resolving potential issues to minimise delays and ensure project success.
• Responsible for project logistics, scheduling and deployment of manpower and tools.
• Responsible for development of personnel under the team, advocating for discipline, safety, training, continuously learning and upgrading skills of on ground team members.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Relevant certifications in Construction M&E OR Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ACMV/HVAC and electrical industry.
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems, along with relevant technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with basic usage of Autodesk Revit or BIM related software.
• Construction related certifications to perform duties, eg. Safety, M&E, etc.
• A natural leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
