Job Scope

• Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Participate in daily kitchen briefings and contribute ideas for improving recipes and processes.
• Support the kitchen team in any additional tasks as required.

Requirement

• GCE N Level and above
• 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience

Job scope

· To respond to M&E facilitates operations cases to provide technical knowledge and advice for site issue

· Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services.

· To manage sub - contractors in fitting out and A&A projects and ensure adherence to building’s regulation guideline

· To conduct preventive M&E maintenance to ensure smooth facilities operation.

· To manage minor A&A works M&E project

· To Coordinate with client, vendor, internal team. External contractor

· To liaise with vendor for cost comparisons and liase with client for building M&E contract renewal.

· To adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Requirements

· Diploma in Facilities Management or M&E engineering

· 4 years of Facilities operations.

· Proficient with acmv/hvac/ aircon building M&E.

Responsibilities

• Identify reliable sources of supply for materials and services of require quality and quantity to be delivered on time.

• Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, tender activities in accordance to Procurement Governance & Regulations.

• Carry out price analysis and conduct purchase/contract negotiation with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials/services are acquired at most competitive pricing.

• Adjudicate awards and make recommendations to management for approval.

• Processing of PO, Change Order as well as tracking of deliveries.

• Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders on materials/services received and closing of PO.

• Provide regular feedback on materials/services status to stakeholders.

• Engage vendors for quality issues and resolve disputes when needed

• Ensure department’s KPIs are met.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in similar position

• Possess a tertiary Degree or Diploma

• Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes and system

• Familiar with SAP platform is a plus but not a must, IT savvy (proficient with MS Office and Excel)

• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Accurate and precise attention to detail

• Confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds

• Good team player, a person with integrity, maturity and self-motivated.
