As HR Operations Executive, you will provide specialized administrative support to employees and our clients. Responds to complex inquiries from employees. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities.

Provide general support on work pass (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)

Manage the end-to-end payroll process

Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance

Manage on tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects

Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential payroll information with discretion

Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and tax filings

Good working attitude and willingness to learn new skill

Job & Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone inquiries.
• Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents, both electronically and physically.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and ensuring follow-ups on action items.
• Handle office supplies, inventory management, and office equipment maintenance.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Assist in HR-related administrative functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
