Responsibilities:

• Facilitating crew changes in compliance with the Seafarers’ Employment Agreement and directives from the Crewing Superintendent.
• Ensuring Seafarers meet training, STCW, and Flag State requirements.
• Reporting changes in Seafarers’ employment status to the crew wages department.
